CANCELLATION POLICY

When you reserve an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. I prepare my space, supplies, and schedule around each guest. This policy is here to keep things respectful and fair for everyone while still allowing grace when life happens. A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, if I have not heard from you and attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the applicable charge will occur. Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours Notice (Consecutive policy — only counts if it happens back-to-back) First time — no charge. Second consecutive time — 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Third consecutive time — 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. If you attend an appointment as scheduled or cancel with proper notice, the count resets. No-Shows (missed appointment without notice) First time — no charge. Second time — 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Third time — 100% charge and future booking privileges will be removed.
